Memo content: titles, text, tags, urgency indicators, and attached images created in the Memo module

2.2 Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically gather certain technical and usage information, including:
Device details: model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and hardware specifications
Usage metrics: features accessed, frequency of memo creation, calendar usage patterns, and time spent in the App
MemoLeaf data: balance information, purchase history, and usage of virtual currency

We use collected information solely to enhance your experience and maintain App functionality, including:
Storing and displaying your memos, calendar entries, and notes within the App
Improving functionality: analyzing usage patterns to optimize the interface and add relevant features

We do not use your information for targeted advertising or marketing purposes.
4.1 Storage Practices
Your data is primarily stored locally on your device to ensure access without an internet connection. Certain information (like MemoLeaf balances) may be stored on secure servers to prevent loss or manipulation.
Local data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or manually delete content. Server-stored data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services.
4.2 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your information, including:
Encryption of data transmitted between your device and our servers
Secure storage practices for any server-hosted information
Regular security updates to address potential vulnerabilities
You are responsible for securing your device to prevent unauthorized access to your Pixix data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Limited sharing may occur in the following scenarios:
Third-party service providers: payment processors handle MemoLeaf purchases (they receive only necessary payment details)
Legal requirements: if compelled by law, court order, or government request (with proper legal authorization)
Protection of rights: when necessary to investigate fraud, prevent harm, or enforce our User Agreement
All third parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for specified purposes.
You retain full control over your data with the following options:
Edit or delete memos and calendar entries directly within the App
Clear local data by uninstalling the App (note: this will delete all locally stored memos and entries)
Request information about server-stored data by contacting us at the provided email
Request deletion of server-stored data (MemoLeaf history) through our contact email
Please note that deleting MemoLeaf purchase history may affect our ability to verify past transactions.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices. When updates are made, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and notify users through a prominent notice within the App.
Continued use of Pixix after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
